Return & Exchange Policy

How can I return or exchange my order?

If you wish to return or exchange your order, you can mail us your request at care@wearig.com / WhatsApp us at 7654076520 with your order number within 3 days of delivery.

We value your satisfaction and aim for a smooth return or exchange process.

Items must be unwashed and in their original condition along with original packaging. The return should be made within 3 days of delivery.

Return Policy:

At Wearig, we aim to provide you with quality products of your choice. We accept returns only in case of damaged or wrong product delivery. If your order meets this condition, follow these steps for a return:
1. The return should be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
2. Ensure the items are unwashed, unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging.
3. Kindly record a video when unboxing/ unpacking the package. This will facilitate a smooth process for refunds or replacements in case you encounter any damaged items or find that a product is missing from your order.

What is an Exchange Policy?

If you wish to exchange the received product due to a size issue, you can return it within 3 days of delivery. Please note that exchanges are only available for size issues. After we receive the returned product, we will provide a discount coupon for purchasing a product of a different size. The discount coupon will be equivalent to the amount you paid for the order, minus a nominal reverse shipment and reshipping fee of ₹150 per order with a weight of up to 500 grams, irrespective of the number of items in the order.

 Who bears the Shipping charges for the items returned?

If the product was returned due to any sort of product damage, then we will bear the Shipping charges. If the product was returned for a change in size, then the Shipping charges will have to be borne by the customer.

Refund Policy:

For Prepaid orders:
1. Refund via Payment Gateway to the original source of payment or Discount Coupon or UPI.
2. Refund will be processed within 7 working days after returned product received (after quality check). It may take 7-10 days to reflect in your bank account.
3. Refund issued after deducting Shipping charges.

For COD orders:
1. Refund via Discount Coupon or UPI.
2. Refund will be processed within 7 working days after returned product received (after quality check).
3. Refund issued after deducting Shipping & COD charges.

PLEASE NOTE : 

Refunds or shipment of exchanged products will only be initiated once we receive and inspect the original product to ensure it meets our return criteria.

COD & Shipping handling charges are non-refundable.
