Cancellation Policy

How can I cancel my order?

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before 8:00 AM on the day after the order is placed.
    (Example: If you place an order on Monday, your cancellation request must be sent before 8:00 AM on Tuesday.)
  • After this time, the order is automatically processed and cannot be cancelled.
  • To request a cancellation, email us at care@wearig.com or WhatsApp +91 7654076520 with your order number.
  • Cancellation requests received after this time will not be accepted.

Refund Policy:

1. Refunds of the full amount for prepaid orders and partial amount for COD orders will be processed via the payment gateway to the original source of payment.
2. Refund will be processed within 7 working days after cancellation. It may take 7-10 days to reflect in your bank account.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders & Verification:

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a ₹99 token amount is required at the time of placing the order to reduce fake and non-serious orders.
  • WEARIG may require order confirmation from the customer via WhatsApp before processing COD orders.
  • If confirmation is not received within 7 days of placing the order, despite reminders sent via WhatsApp, SMS, email, or phone call, the order may be cancelled to avoid delivery issues.
  • In such cases, the ₹99 token amount may be issued as store credit in the form of a discount coupon, which can be used for future purchases within the validity period specified.

If a customer refuses to accept a COD order at the time of delivery, the ₹99 token amount will not be refunded or converted into store credit, as it is used to cover operational and shipping costs.

WEARIG reserves the right to hold or cancel COD orders that cannot be verified or confirmed.
